Our purpose
Make the food people actually crave — properly cooked, honestly priced, delivered hot.
Since 2016
Bites Box began with one wok, one counter and a queue that refused to shrink. We never chased a trend — we just refused to send out a cold box.
Ten years on, three kitchens run on the same rulebook: fresh oil twice a day, no pre-plated food, veg and non-veg on separate lines, and a chef signing off on every rush hour. The menu grew from four rolls to a hundred and twenty items, but the test never changed — would we serve it to our own table?
Today more than five lakh boxes have left our counters, and roughly a third of them went to people ordering for at least the tenth time. That number matters to us more than any rating.

What drives us
